Femilift CO2 laser

The FemiLift laser is a CO2 laser. It is an innovative technology to gently heat the vaginal tissue, contracting the existing fibers and stimulating the formation of new collagen. Like skin, vaginal tissue is made up of collagen fibers that give it strength and flexibility.

This improves the functionality of the entire vaginal area by normalizing blood flow, increasing lubrication, increasing immune resistance, and restoring the strength and elasticity of the vaginal walls.

Femilift is a safe and minimally invasive treatment that can quickly solve many feminine problems. It is a painless procedure. Unlike other surgical procedures, the FemiLift treatment can be performed on an outpatient basis in the doctor's office. There are few to no side effects and virtually no downtime so you can resume your daily life immediately after the procedure. We generally recommend avoiding sexual intercourse for about 5 days after treatment.

It is a safe, fast, and non-surgical solution to a number of common female problems, including stress urinary incontinence (SUI), vaginal laxity, vaginal dryness, recurrent infections, and more. Helps alleviate symptoms caused by menopause, hormone deficiency related to cancer therapy, and postpartum disorders.

The application of the fractional CO2 laser (FemiLift) helps us to create thermal and ablative effects on the vaginal walls. These effects trigger a significant improvement in collagen production within the vaginal submucosa. It offers a quick recovery and a significant improvement in its symptoms. It is a highly acceptable procedure for patients seeking top-quality treatment, efficiency, and superior long-lasting results.

During the treatment, the FemiLift tubular laser probe will be inserted into the vaginal canal. The probe rotates 360 degrees and emits bursts of heat into the vaginal mucosa. The laser will be slowly moved to cover the entire vaginal canal. The entire procedure takes about 15 minutes. You will need an initial series of three treatments. The results are not permanent: you will need a maintenance procedure every 12 months.

It is common to feel some sensation of vaginal tightness for the first few hours after your treatment. Some patients have vaginal spotting or watery discharge as the cells are shed after being treated by the laser.
